I love crows. If I was a less responsible person, I'd make an effort to incentivize a gang of crows to loiter near my apartment.

What's your opinions on shinies, and would you put bottle caps in the recycling for a handful of nuts?
Is it irresponsible because you live in an urban environment and also incentivize them to not forage themselves?
Yeah, it would be one thing if I was living in an ultra-rural area and I could justify myself as just another intermittent food source for the resourceful little guys, but I think I would feel a touch awkward and guilty explaining to my neighbors and my landlord why the local Crow Gang(tm) always seemed to hang around my windows and were suspiciously well-fed.
