EDIT: Idk why, but I recently learned some regex and I wanna share

(?:\A|$)([\s\S]+?)\.gov(?:\n|\Z)

This finds some lines where there is a .gov at the end and then gives you the content before the .gov . Idk why I put this here, I just find regex fascinating.
