'take accountability for your vitriol' what the fuck are you even trying to convey here?
I know I'm angry, it's medical, I've lived it for decades. I am aware that most of you dislike being told things in such a way due to your thin skinned nature. It is considerably more situationally correct to say you and others like you need to take responsibility for your own media habits.
