I remember I watched it, I understood it and more importantly, I enjoyed it, but now my mind is blank about it... Maybe a rewatch is in order.

Nice, I live near a beach and I almost never go there (1 or 2 times per year) I always find it funny that people want to spend vacation there...

To be fair I don't dislike the beach, but my gf does, and that doesn't help me to go there more often.

Samsung does more for android than Google does for goodness sake.

I agree with you, even when I dislike One UI... I think Google although simpler is more of my liking... But oh boy stock AOSP is so limited that for some users it is even too similar to iOS, with the distinction that you can sideload easier (for now).

Lots of features that Google releases each Android iteration literally have been here in One UI, MIUI, Color OS you name it.

How is that even legal?

I'd have hated seeing Bleach in a weekly time, I pretty much skipped all the filler and already caught up with the newest season, but oh god some scenes are unnecessarily long.

I like that idea.

Swapping custom ROMs are the distro hopping of Android.

What I do to make the process faster is:

  • Backup all my shit, with Google backup (which if it works, it is way crippled) and Swift backup root.
  • Download newer ROM and desired root method (KSU as of lately).
  • Flash said ROM and root it.
  • Grab data from Google, give root permissions to Swift Backup and complete the data retrieval sane edition.
  • Rinse and repeat.

My device is EOL and most custom ROMs come decrypted by default, so I am in no need to format data, which just makes this process faster as my data remains in the same folder, but if you have a good cloud solution and nice internet speed Swift Backup can take advantage of that.

For the short time of period that I use Cromite I'd say it's adblocker is goodish, also you could pair it with a Pihole or a DNS adblocker if something leaks I guess...but sadly it has not any browser sync integration, and Firefox does this pretty well.

[-] [email protected] 10 points 3 days ago

I am a simple man, just give me an adblocker and Dark Reader, everything else for mobile is a plus.

I have noticed Firefox Beta being slower than Chrome/Cromite in my SD 865 with 6 GBS of RAM device, either opening the app or websites, also it tends to stay alive in the background way less time than Chromium based browsers, but I still chose to use Firefox because of the extension support, and because Chromium has been in the enshitification path for so long.

.... And that is why competition and "stealing features" is always good, being Apple's or Google's competition.

Hi, thanks for the reply, yeah I forgot to mention that in the current version there is no way to sort out per community, I am glad there is a ticket for that!

What I wanted to mean was that I prefer to handle that per app basis (and then per community), but if we get to sort out per community as mentioned before then it should be all good for most users :)

Interesting that they ranked Phantom Hourglass as number 1, nowadays it is considered one of the worst Zelda games... And I don't agree at all.

Hi, as soon as I noticed this was a thing I headed to this community to let anyone else know that you can use the newest sort types in the Sync for Lemmy app with that nice workaround... But I just found a lot of "Sink and Sync threads" here that I actually thought the sort bugged my app/feed lol, what a good timing.

Anyway I hope this is useful for you guys until the new update arrives... Soon ^TM

It kinda sucks that my favorite format, handheld is so low compared with the other hardware (yeah, I'm not considering mobile as handheld lol).
