And it's not like dolphins could learn whale language. Animal communication is very basic compared to ours.

I think it's undeniable that we're the most intelligent and capable species on the planet and not just because of apposable thumbs. Maybe some of the smartest animals are smarter than the dumbest humans, but we have a huge range.

No other brain works the way ours does, other primates and some dolphins/whales come close with their ingenuity and stuff but obviously millions of years behind us.

Either of the right two, it's gotta cover your bits.

Obviously big vegan has injected ticks with it and then released them into the population. It's all a ploy to get us to stop eating meat. We must resist and eat all the meat we can, while we can.

Had they every met before? If cats grow up together of course they'll be nicer/more familiar.

What do you like so much about gas? From my experience all cooking tops are equally fine..

Except my parents 30 year old Aga. Awfully slow every time I have to go home and use it.

I just check 1337x's trending torrents for movies and TV most days when I turn my computer on. Works well enough for me unless it's a much smaller show. I didn't notice What We do in the Shadows was back for 3 weeks because not enough people DL it for it to be in the top 100.

Just wondering, what's stopping you from moving to a communist country? Is it perhaps your quality of life would take a nose dive?

I don't really like the society we live in, but fuck me what a bad take. You'd rather be controlled by China or Russia? Name one successful communist country, they've all been shit holes and that's why so many vassal states have separated from countries like the USSR, they had a shit quality of life.

It was a much less compelling hearing(?) Than you're making it out to be. It amounted to the guy saying "some people have told me X".

Still no proof, I'm not a blind believer. The likely answer is still aliens haven't visited earth.

Good, I hope it dies and never releases in the UK. Netflix is still good here and has all the old 6+ season shows.

I've always liked the theory, well more interested as it's a pretty terrifying concept. I just don't believe interstellar and lightspeed travel is common/easy enough for aliens to devote so much effort into seeking out life, travelling for hundreds/thousands of years just to destroy any other lifeforms it detects. There's no benefit to either party really, any resource you could get on a habited planet you could find on a number of uninhabited ones without the massive expense of an intergalactic "war".

Plus we've been sending out signals for years, we should already be dead - unless the aliens are going to take 1000 years to get here. And I don't see how it's worth it.
