Maybe look I to some body weight exercises? I know the bodyweight fitness subreddit had multiple programs http://old.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine

I just learned from my dietician that hunger is regulated over 72 hours. So if you eat less on day 1 you I'll be more hungry day 2 and 3. I haven't found a solution yet but I will share when I do!

Like others have said, losing weight is mostly diet. But if you are looking for a workout program you can look at The fitness wiki. It has loads of info an programs for both beginners and more advanced.

2 kg in two weeks is great, we'll done! Counting calories and eating vegetables sounads like a good plan to follow!

Not sure if this counts as a SV or NSV but I finally stepped on the scale after a vacation, and I only gained 1kg. Not bad for 4 weeks of not really watching what I ate.

Trying to ease back into calorie counting and losing again. Going to keep my deficit small for a week. Around 250 calories so I can perhaps slowly make it bigger and prevent the all or nothing mentality.

No question but just wanted to say thanks for setting this up!

Yeah those are the ones, and I used the daily Europe check in. But while we are still small worldwide version would perhaps be nice.

I'm still doing the r/fitness beginner workout and I have liked it up till now. I love the simplicity of it. The think I am struggling with is squats because of my limited flexibility but I am making progress!

But at the moment I am starting to stall on my lifts so I am thinking of switching to a 531 program, perhaps the beginner one from the wiki. I have run it before and liked it but had to stop lifting because life got in the way.

The thing I do dislike about 531 is constantly having to adjust the weight on the bar. I like to set it once for my warmup and once for the actual lifts but I think I can live with it.

Might run one cycle soon and see if I still like it.

Yeah, I feel the same. My husband is also a lot taller and heavier than me so he can eat more. I also know the 1200 limit is just too little for me so I try to move more and keep my deficit smaller. The weight loss might be slow this way but at lewit is sustainable. And I enjegoing for an evening walk and lifting. It is doable at 1500 cals for me.

I would like to see weekly threads. I mostly miss the daily check in and questions though.

I'm not sure how automation works on lemmy. Maybe someone who is more experienced with it can chime in?

Ribbing also takes me forever because the alternating stiches. But ones I get to the leg or feet it is often quicker. But that of course depends on what stitch pattern you are going to use.

I look forward to more updates on your progress (and the end result of course)!

I never thought about alternating rows like that. That is pretty smart!
