With civility (in most cases.) And where has that got them? Aside from China and the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam and Taiwan have overlapping territorial claims in the busy sea passage.

Now I don't have in-depth knowledge about this particular dispute, but to say the US is invading the China sea seems dishonest to say the least. As far as I can understand it seems they're honoring a defence agreement after the Philippines military aircraft were fired flares upon, in what they consider their territory.

As someone who works in different countries, I sometimes have to send in my passport for stamps, verification, visa applications etc. What i always have on me is my secondary passport, for obvious reasons. I don't buy for a second that a company this size wouldn't make sure that their workers had a secondary passport, unless they had ulterior motives. It also makes everything else they say suspect.
