For us Aussies in down under, the steam deck AU official launch date is now 19 Nov 2024 , 10am from valve.

I was holding off due to the price / using steam link + a kishi on NY android, but after playing one at PAX AU and changing jobs to be in hotels/train commute, I will be getting one the instant its out.

For the curious, yes we could get grey import them in AU but the price gouging was astronomical, the official valve pricing is actually affordable

64/512GB LCD models are being phased out and are permanently on discount until sold out. Seems the 256GB LCD will remain while 512GB/1TB OLED are the other new SKUs. There is also an extremely limited limited edition 1 TB OLED that has a new color way, exclusive to the US and Canada.

Steam Deck è stata nuovamente scontata nell'ambito degli Steam Summer Sale. Il modello base da 64 GB ha ora un prezzo di 377,10 (€) euro, con uno sconto del 10% rispetto al prezzo abituale di 419,00 (€) euro. Il modello da 256 GB scende del 15% a 466,65 (€) euro e il modello top da 512 GB è scontato del 20%, passando da 679,00 (€) euro a 543,20 (€) euro.
