Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. - No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Upcoming Headline: The entire judicial system fell out a window and shot itself 13 times in the back.
Man, I worry about the victims and innocent associates getting caught up in this. Surely those powerful enough to rape kids with Epstein were powerful enough to fight to keep their name out of the disclosure, a possibility mentioned in the article?
I do believe I remember reading that individuals could still appeal their inclusion.
is this going to be like that reddit safe thing
Turns out that Epstein brokered crimes for a lot of people whose names were solid black lines. It must be more common moniker than I thought.
Doesn't matter. It'll be just like the Panama Papers. There will be no accountability from anyone including the public.
woooohooooo finnallly! there is a whole cahort of scumbags sweatin this one out... the question is, will this lead to anything at all or will they just use this to focus on and harass the victims
Anyone who did not successfully fight to keep their name out of the civil case
So no. The rich and powerful are protected.
awwwwwwfuuuuuuuuuck thats just garbage. and i see this is just a freakin civil case

Lemmy is seeming more and more like a collection of useful idiots farming cynicism every day.
Hopefully the names can be released. Good to see from the judge.
