I mean wouldn't everything be a security concern in relation to government agencies?

I think last I heard 47 children died this year due to rushing the kids back to their parents.

I had a 6 month old drug exposed child that was medical fragile and DCYF rushed to reunite after the parents got out of rehab. Mom failed actually but Dad didn't. Day 29 back to parents and day 30 been on the run from the law. Kid is probably dead now due to the amount of care he needed.

This is about private agencies? Foster parent here, yeah the system is fucked up and there's tons of agencies with their own rules even in liberal Washington state. Each agency has its own agenda on who they'll license, what they support for the child's case (adoption, reunification, guardianship), age ranges, orientations, all sorts of things.

I've gone through agencies and through the state directly. I wouldn't recommend an agency as it basically doubles the amount of meetings and training you're required to do.

Honestly, the way Foster parents are treated as Air B&B's and with zero rights, I don't recommend anyone become a foster parent. Let the system burn so it might be rebuilt.

I've had many, many cats in my life and always the orange ones are f!cking weird. I went to search why that is but I think the researchers are wrong with the below. I want another one but I'm not sure that I have the energy for it now that I'm older. They're such goobers.

"The facts: Does being orange really influence cat behavior? The fact is, at least according to science, there is no such thing as orange cat behavior. “To date, no studies have shown any impact of coat color on personality in cats,” veterinary behaviorist Dr. Mikel Delgado tells The Wildest."

Anecdotal survey of 30 or so cat owners, thry dont get nearly the vet checks as dogs. Aside from maybe Maincoons since they have a whole mess of problems. Tabbys are absolute battle tanks.

Kosmo made it to 24 on her own terms going peacfully in her sleep.

Dogs: Goes to the vet every 6 months, dies at 8.

Cats: Lives to be 24, got shots once at 8 weeks old.

Any chance we could filter out post by word or some sort? I'm noticing a lot of wsb/crypto spam here but not as bad as Reddit. I sort by new or top/hour and would see 20 posts under different user or crypto sub and there was no way to effectively block user or sub because they would just create more and more.
