Congratulations, you've subscribed to %CAT_FACTS%

Did you know that cats in fact do not have 9 lives? They actually have 6. In ancient Egypt, they would wear the heads of their former companions and perform the traditional Egyptian Walk to celebrate them and give them life after death.

That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about cats to dispute it

I used to get ten of these botifications per appointment. Annoying, yes, but the phone calls on top of the text messages were the cherry on top. VA spends a lot of time making sure people remember their appointments. Btw: i accidentally misspelled notifications and Im leaving it. Coined it.

That wasn't intentional? Machine learning at work!

Writing from my desk at the VA right now. You wouldn't believe the number of folks that no show their appointments in spite of all the texts, calls, and letters. Sure, some folks aren't going to be helped no matter what you do, but, considering our patient population and some of their difficulties, we find that there's no kill quite like overkill.

Lol, it actually worked in the end 🤣.

You just know that was an accidentally perfect unbound pattern match lol

I just didn't think that if I send the var it would work 🤣. But yeah, I'd try as well 🤣.

It’s turtles all the way down.

Cancelling/rescheduling often leads to them not acknowledging it and blaming you for missing appointments.
