Depends on what you watch. I put on GDQ speedruns as I go to bed and find myself being lulled to sleep pretty quickly. Not that they're boring, but it just makes me feel relaxed and distracts my mind from stressful thoughts. As soon as I notice my thoughts becoming irreverent and I start nodding off, I just shut the TV off and sleep comes within minutes.
