Or, and bear with me here, stick a couple blueberry bushes in the dirt. Neglected hell out of mine and they're already flowering. Plus, they put out more than once.
Can't seem to kill my strawberries. Two year in a row I've let weeds grow 3' over them, still there when I yank the weeds. Bonus, they spread themselves all over with zero intervention.
