She's trying to avoid doing so because she knows that she's likely just as corrupt.
-Tangentially speaking, every time I see her name in the news I think about what she did to New York's Right-to-Repair bill.
Can the DOJ reinstate the charges if he’s removed and then can’t fulfill his end of the quid pro quo? Please say yes.
Seems like this DoJ is going to do whatever the fuck they want to do.

This governor needs to be described as a flip flopping Democrat fish.
Not familiar with New York law. How does the Governor/state remove a mayor?
They have the authority per state law.
The NYC Charter allows the Governor to remove the Mayor by "charging" him and then giving the Mayor a chance to defend himself. Whatever that means.
