California used to have a great state-wide mental health system. Plenty of beds for people who needed help. Ronald Reagan came in and cut the program to save money. Suddenly the Golden State had a big homelessness problem. That meant that police and prison budgets could be increased.

It worked so well that Reagan did the exact same thing as soon as he was inaugurated.

Canada did the same thing as well around the same time period.

All the "undesirables" will simply no longer be subsidized. So if you or a loved one depend on any kind of governmental assistance... count on it going away 100%.

Forced work on farm and everywhere is mass expulsion created problem after all you can't replace cheap labor with good job you have to think about the economy !

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 days ago

I'm kind of expecting this. Basically criminalize or otherwise severely punish not having a job then use those people basically as slave labour.

Just wait for the big ovens to be ready, then everything will be alright.

the "what if the Nazis won" scenario coming true faster than the speed of light. If I were Lgbt, disabled or pretty much not a white rich man I would be running for the hills . Anywhere you can get living visa is good for a while. If you stick around you'll find yourself in a electric tesla train to a concentration camp.

Also I'm pretty sure he won't just leave power in 4 years

[–] [email protected] 9 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Keep in mind that visa means you still need to self fund health care and in many countries like Canada and Australia if you are disabled you can be denied permanent residency for being a cost burden on their healthcare system.

Research where you go if you are disabled and leaving, especially if you’re leaving with permanent residency in mind

I get iy but at this point maybe look at other options. UK, new zeland, germany anywere. Apply for a Humanitarian Immigration Relief if you have to. Just try everything. And do it before everyone else so you get a better chance

[–] [email protected] 3 points 5 days ago (1 children)

Oh for sure, self preservation above all. I just mentioned it because I’ve known a lot of disabled ppl who were very surprised to find that out and planning needs to start now

[–] MissJinx 1 points 5 days ago

for sure! I'm really worried for the disabled community

that guy that packed up his daughter and headed to the UK was smart as fuck.

[–] raynethackery 4 points 6 days ago

He was lucky to be able to claim UK citizenship through a parent.

I mean he might or might not, but they never will. They'll install the next government and next executive. America's done.

Interesting, in 1939 they expanded the program from sterilization and killing children under 3 to

"Adults with disabilities, chronic illnesses, mental health problems and criminals who were not of German origin were included in the programme."

Based on the idea that these people were a "burden" on German society. While I don't doubt a similar program will show up under Trump, to me it would extend to "economic burden". This would say to me someone paralyzed waist down but that can still work on an electronics line would be fine, but if you get in a workplace accident that permanently requires you to receive personal or financial assistance to live, you ain't fine. And a lot of that would likely be up to the discretion of the employer, which is a harrowing thought.

I don't like the way this looks. I've got friends and family affected by this, and I can't just say "GTFO" as a refugee, because that ain't easy either.

He will sit in office smiling as society crumbles around him knowing his pockets are being filled for being the biggest troll of modern times. He will blame immigrants for any outbursts by people unable to and desperate to maintain their health. Then eventually probably make this reality show death race event that happens once a week. Instead of playing the lottery you enter this televised deathmatch, the winner walks away with 1 million dollars and a lifetime of irreversible trauma.

[–] aviationeast 8 points 6 days ago (2 children)

Death race will only last 10 years tops, by then gamer style live action shooter games will rise as zuck and musk make breakthroughs on intrusive brain neurolinks.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago)

Obviously death row inmates with neurolink chips being controlled by the teenage kids of of billionaires

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 days ago

Only in these games when you die in game, you also die in real life.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 6 days ago

You might want to read up on the fascist fascination with Eugenics, my friend.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 6 days ago

Sounds like future "useless eaters" who bring "zero value to our country" and are going to starve

The GOP feels this way about children so they definitely will for adults

[–] [email protected] 9 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago)

Well, at first my countrymen used to put them in special wards to „care“ for them and sterilised them. To keep them out of the public eye and genepool. When that got to expensive, they killed them by poisoning and the like and reported the „sad“ death home. When that became to work intensive, they were killed and burnt along with other „undesirables“ sometimes the burning and killing were the same process, you know, to save time.

Oh, and before I forget: these were not only the physically and mentally feeble, but also the people no one in town liked, so a few fellows decided an easy way to get rid of them would be declaring them deranged and shipping them off - out of sight out of mind you know.

Trump will say one thing, but Elon is going to try to gut it.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 5 days ago

Probably put them in concentration camps.
