Are a lot of you TruAnon cult members?

[–] fourish 3 points 3 hours ago

Jackass likes attention. Don’t give it to him.

This why Canada must hit the 2% Nato Budget and start developing nuclear weapons because the fascist wont pleased with ruining his own land.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Can this be used against him somehow? Like in a legal way? If he actually believes what he’s saying, he’s clearly not fit for office.

[–] njm1314 32 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Brother I know you've been paying attention but he seems rather immune from legal consequences

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 day ago

Yeah, I know… I kinda hope he actually doesn’t know that Canada is it’s own country and that this causes some kind of something I dunno.

Just die already, Trump.

Hey, what kind of missiles does the Canadian military stock?

Can you point a couple our way in the next month or two? Thanks

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 hours ago (1 children)

Best I can offer is burning the White House all over again.

[–] glimse 1 points 1 hour ago (1 children)

That's fine, too, but it would be preferable (for both of us, I think) if you waited a few months

[–] [email protected] 1 points 59 minutes ago

Yea, things might have changed since 1814

[–] [email protected] 10 points 14 hours ago (2 children)

Aw shit, here we go again...

loads 200 year-old cannon at Fort Erie

[–] [email protected] 8 points 12 hours ago

launches 150 year old wooden boats from fort Niagara

[–] glimse 3 points 13 hours ago

Please and thank you!

[–] [email protected] 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Some of our missiles we don't talk about. Much of the rest went to Ukraine.

[–] glimse 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

C'mon, you can spare one for your old buddy, can't you?

[–] Pilferjinx 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Best I can do is a boat. You provide the oars.

[–] A7thStone 2 points 9 hours ago

We're already up shit creek without a paddle.

So I hear some of yall are considering it, just be sure to demand each province as a state if you actually decide to join our clusterfuck of a country. Nunavut has just as much right to statehood as Quebec

[–] [email protected] 7 points 12 hours ago (1 children)

the only people considering it live in the province that starts with the letter A

[–] [email protected] 0 points 10 hours ago (2 children)

Africa? Australia? Antarctica..?!

[–] [email protected] 2 points 10 hours ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 hours ago

...llllfonso.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 10 hours ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 0 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

Doesn't begin and end with the same letter! You're out!

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 day ago

Nobody who isn't a clown is considering it. It's the equivalent of Texas separatists.

[–] Nouveau_Burnswick 7 points 1 day ago

Nunavut does not, but that's because it's organized as a territory, rather than a province. Big differences in sub-national governance.

So Nunavut could join the ranks of USVI, Guam, Samoa, Puerto Rico, etc.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The only people considering it are the ones the maganazis would execute for genetic deficiency.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 12 hours ago* (last edited 12 hours ago) (1 children)

was at local best buy here in scarborough, saw a guy talking to some landscapers wearing body armor and a maga hat.

"Hang on. Let me run inside and get my sledge hammer and industrial hedge trimmers to make sure your suit is safe, practical, and fit for purpose... Wouldn't want you getting hurt."

Pardon my language, but holy fuck what an absolute goof of a moron.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 3 hours ago

I was actually curious why he was there.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Nobody on this side of the border us considering it.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 20 hours ago (2 children)

I think you might be disappointed with how many morons actually are. I mean....there was trump rallies and stop the steal people in Canada during the 2020 fiasco

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 hours ago

I live 5 minutes from someone who plasters their property with Trump election signs and has one of those signs with changeable letters where they regularly write U.S. political nonsense. They've been doing this since the last election.

I'm in Ontario.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 hours ago

How many Qonvoyers were going on about their "second amendment rights". One must presume they are very concerned about the formation of Manitoba.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 17 hours ago

I would never want my province to join America, but I wouldn't mind if we separated from Canada and join a couple of nearby states who left America to make something new. Both America and Canada kind of suck.

[–] CodeGameEat 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Yeah it would just never happen. For that kind of change, according to the constitution, every province will need to approve it (unanimous) + the 2 houses of federal government. That will simply never happpen.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

That's assuming Trump doesn't just order the military in and annex us by force, which is the greater concern.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

His generals would probably not follow such an order because it would literally shatter NATO and international relations as a whole.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 12 hours ago

not if he get's his way and and gets his picks in.
