He’s not getting Canada. Never. We can trade with others. Might be more difficult but ok.

He’s not going to last.

I’d be just fine with a conservative loss or even a minority. Just no majority please.

Well so they have 4 years of grift time and presumably will try and rig the next election.

Isn’t czar a Russian term? Can immediately see why that appealed to the dump government.

And this is all a distraction while trump and elon dismantle democracy in the us while everyone is distracted by what the other hand is doing.

Still not sure what Pierre thinks makes him qualified to be PM except “Not Trudeau”.

Canada, given the political climate - is being “not Trudeau” enough to be our PM? Heck, I’m “not Trudeau” either and I’m sure I’d be better than Pierre.

Personally I’m hoping that when Trudeau is out and presumably Carney is in, the NDP pullls the rug completely out from under the cons and says they’ll support the new liberal leadership.

You’ll hear the cons bawling about it not being fair from coast to coast and that’s enough to be worthwhile right there.

Jagmeet’s office isn’t too far, wonder if it’s possible for average Joe Canadian me to get a few min of his time.

Met him once and he was very personable.

I’d love a stronger partnership with Mexico too. Their food is awesome and culturally they’re more interesting than the US. Shame the US is in the way actually.

I’m more wanting them to keep firearms out of Canada than worrying about the tiny bit going into the US.

I would’ve rather we had the tariffs to be honest than negotiate with a compulsive liar with no ethics.

invalidating all drug patents here would be awesome. I’d even go so far to offer them at cost to Americans in need who come for a visit.

Need some insulin? How about $5 for a months supply instead of $300. We want the American public on our side even if their “leaders” aren’t.

Exactly! I own a full resolve license I picked up a few years ago as part of a charity auction. I do most of my stuff on Avid for work because that’s what is used but I’d be just as happy on DaVinci.

I didn’t know that Affinity was also Australian but that’s all kinds of awesome because gimp just doesn’t cut it and Affinity is pretty cool and no subscription garbage so they’re going to see more of my business in the future. I might pick up their suite just to support them even though I get all of the adobe garbage due to work.

Looking on the bright side of this as well for an opportunity for change.

Just remember on election day, there’s no such thing as independents.

They’re mostly former liberals that threw in the towel after years of being irrelevant due to the criminal mess they created. Then when confronted with that irrelevance, decided to tried and failed to join conservatives to save their own hides.

Sellouts that can’t be trusted.
