Nozzles shouldn’t wear out that quickly if you are not printing abrasives. They should last you hundreds or even more printing hours.
Regarding clogging: what hotend do you use? Are you sure it’s not heatcreap?

If you are experiencing leaking around the nozzle and heating block, you probably have not properly seated the nozzle. Remember to not completely tighten the nozzle until it’s been heated to a higher temperature (say 250C) then completely tighten to get a good seal.
When you say light use before nozzle changes are you seeing the nozzle hole get larger or the tip worn down?
Yeah I agree its probably not assembled well. Even if you wear out nozzle it will not clog. Clog will happen if you print on too low temp or if you have huge retractions with insufficient cooling, or just bad assembly
I may do another complete disassemble and reinstall again just to triple check. And the nozzle appears the same just clogged and dirty
After you address the leaking, you may want to spend some time tuning retraction. For MicrSwiss hot end, the retraction settings is lower than the usual Ender3v2 setting - for my CR-10 Mini I have the retraction set to 2.75mm.

Micro Swiss NG. It's a direct drive extruder that works like a dream and you can print much faster with it.

Ender 3 v2 with octopi
Nice! There's so much stuff out there for that printed. I've got an Ender 6. I replaced the motherboard with a BTT Manta E3EZ+ CB1, ez2209 drivers, a 7 inch capacitive touch screen, and added the Micro Swiss NG. I'm still fine tuning all of my slicer settings, but this thing runs so much smoother now.
Would you mind commenting a photo of your hotend up close? It could be many things, but in my experience these hotends aren't very good.
