I don't believe he uses a teleprompter. If he does, he must ignore it most of the time. There's no way he'd sound as unintelligible as he does if he was using one.

I watched a lot of rallies recently. He usually starts reading off the teleprompter and then misreads a word or sentence, most of the times it seems because he doesn't know the meaning. Then he goes off script and comes up with the weirdest stories to distract from it or claim he meant to say it.

It's wild.

"You turn the faucet and it takes one day to turn it, and it’s massive, it’s as big as the wall of that building right there behind you."

See, I genuinely don't know if that's a real quote or not

Personally, I compare his rallies with the stories of his daily intelligence reports requiring colored pictures and his name in giant fonts to get him to pay attention, and i am forced to conclude that his teleprompters are actually just playing Tiktok videos of dogs in tutus or something.

According to the sidebar, Universal Monk, apparently some sort of "serial shitposters, trolls, paid influencers, or other bad faith actors or organisations [sic]".

Thanks, can't see it on the app I use. Or I just never figured out how lol.

So it's an organization?

It's a person who posts articles and refuses to discuss anything about them and is incredibly annoying. He frequently ends his comments with a "Thank You! :)" as a way of appearing to be nice while refusing to answer questions about his opinions on the articles he posts.

He will frequently also take quotes of other commenter's out of context and use it as deflection to refuse to answer the question the people ask him. Constantly says "I'm under no obligation to answer your questions, Thank you! :)"

99% of people in the normal politics community hate him. The mods refuse to ban him despite him not posting in good faith and he's been temp banned for trolling before. And for someone who insists he doesn't want to discuss anything, he's commented well over 3000 times in just the 2 months he's been around.

Edit for a bit more context: he's also made a signficant amount of communities including one that he recently got rid of called MRTOW (Men Regaining Their Own Way) which is a slightly less misogynistic version of MGTOW which is Men Going Their Own Way. On that he posted a post that had the title "wanted to hang out with girlfriend, she started complaining, so I went on a 3 mile scooter ride instead."

And also made a transracial community which is a shitty way of invalidating trans identities by making us look unreasonable.

He's just shit. Hence this community.

Wow. I am a regular reader over on the normal politics sub. surprised I missed this. I see wanting to not deal with him.

I'm really hoping that this community gets big enough to force politics to get serious or alternatively this community just replaces politics, don't care which

FTA: "Similarly, Trump told supporters on Friday night that “there’s something wrong with [Harris]” for using teleprompters.

He added: “I don’t use them that much. The concept I use but I don’t like it.”"

Here we go again with the concept being his lampshade
