Fuck yeah natto is the best

Steve don't eat it did a fucking hilarious write up of his experience with natto

Lol I ordered it once at a restaurant and it wasn't stinky, but it just tasted like not well cooked beans to me

I grew up eating it. If that wasn't the case I'd probably react just like Steve

Brace soul, natto is an "acquired taste" at best. Looks like a lovely meal all the same. Well done chef! 😁

Best food I've ever had was in Japan. Can't wait to go back.

Your breakfasts are so healthy compared to the American breakfast. The fish looks delicious!

I love making salmon for dinner, then saving a little for breakfast later in the week!

Half for me, and the other half for me.

Omg, that would be like a really big lunch for me, I'd never be able to eat that much in the morning. Nice laser kitty btw.

Really? That's a pretty typical Japanese breakfast in terms of size. Fish, salad/pickles, rice, soup, and natto is pretty standard. My wife is tiny and would totally eat that every morning if we made it. She's usually too busy to make the fish, but eats natto, rice, pickles/salad, and sometimes soup (more in the cooler months) every morning before work.

Yeahh, morning shake is the best.

Took me about a week to get used to this kind of breakfast, from then on it's been my preferred choice, on the rare occasion I actually eat breakfast these days (AKA when it's free).

Is the dish on the bottom left some kind of beans in milk?

OP can you tell me what the natto is prepared in because I'm curious and it doesn't look like standard natto
