Yes, and I absolutely need the same tab three or four+ times. It helps with navigation and not having to remember positions in the 70+ stack of tabs where something is.

The amount of tabs I have open reflects the status of my mind
This is such a problem we now have tab groups to fully organize our spontaneous flirtations with once-shiny links.
The amount of upvotes on this post are far less than the amount of my open tabs - per user profile, per browser. 😎
This is me with browser bookmarks on my phone. It takes me 10 seconds to scroll through the list. Literally. I timed it just now
this guy is a bad guy
Sometimes I go back to the tabs and finish what I was doing on that page.
Yes. And if that turns out to be wrong, I'll close some of them when I run out of tabs that can be opened in a day or so.
Oi! Don't mess up my tab stacks and browser workspaces, I just rearranged them!
vertical tabs reinforce this delusion in me
Literally me (having several hundred tabs currently open and over a thousand a while ago before I spent several days just closing them).
So your trying to parse my tabs to extract information to exploit me with you say?
I now have installed an auto tab discarter extension, so I can keep all those tabs open without using too many resources but still be able to go back to them when I need to.
So... Bookmarks?
I use bookmarks for stuff that I know that I will some day in the future want to go back to. I don't bookmark every link I open, because I want my bookmarks to only have the "good stuff", ie. stuff that I know I will need often or in the future.
I refuse to change! Instead i found a way to save and label all this potentially vital knowledge using selfhosted Wallabag.
The deal is: even if I only revisit 5%, it will still be worth it! I believe this has made me a better person.
Y'all weird. Just close your browser when you're done. It won't take long to get back to where you were I promise.
I open new tabs in separate windows
Yesterday I closed around 10 tabs in one of the windows I have opened and am super proud. Been delaying it for probably a year or more already. My dream is to reach the point where I have just a window again with some tabs. I managed to close one of the windows with hundreds of tabs 1 or 2 months ago.
well seeing as i dont remember whats in them, yeah. One of them is probably something to do with CoW backups. I think.
No but some of them do, and I'm not about to sort through all these things to tell which is which.
