Some years ago when We were visiting my dad in Mississippi, my husband (Canadian) and I ,(American who moved to Canada) went to dinner and I had make the order because he just couldn't get a handle on the deep southern accent hahaha

Well, now I want to cry

I think, maybe in light of the recent political turmoil, it had been hard for people to,"tune in" to a different channel. I have been that way and I'm trying to make an effort to stop and smell the owls and history stuff :)
