As opposed to internal hair?
My hearing is already going, so there can't be too much to target. Besides, internal hair (betting a lot of cysts being caused) sounds like a good target for all the wizards who have perfected the mend spell on organic matter.
Just have a spell that makes you grow hair inside your throat.

see this is what wizards never tell you about fireball, sure it's a great offensive spell but uh, what do you think summoning a fucking ball of fire in your hands does to them?
Be safe, use your fucking PPE. I know it feels silly but i've seen so many gung-ho mages with nubs for hands, it's depressing and it has to stop.
And maybe the fact that her left hand has six fingers too
Part of her cape teems to go under her arm. Also both magic balls look pretty similar, but only the left one seems to cast any light on her body or face

I was just thinking about the "Mend Buttcrack" and "Diarrhea" combo and realized the fix, poking a hole there, would give you a really nasty infection. You would have to instantly cauterize the wound by shoving in a red hot poker or something.
Just poke the hole with a hot needle.
