Jesus Christ this is the dumbest one I've seen yet lol does he really forsee this ending without him going to jail for a while? Or are least having his driving privileges permanently revoked?

Nobody has more confidence in themselves than a sovcit with a crazy conviction.

a sovcit with a crazy conviction.

Are there others?

Sometimes there's someone on the fringe of it all who is wondering why it didn't work.

He believes that if they send him to jail, he'll be able to sue them and win.

I've known people who constantly make arguments like that! They do illegal shit and act like they're just going to mouth off about it if a cop says anything... I always like to point out that they'll still have to stay in jail before they possibly get anywhere trying to manipulate all these weird lool holes if they work at all lol

Plead insanity. They'll believe you if you show them your Facebook posts.

Ok so... Does he or doesn't he? What's a better time to introduce whatever it is he's talking about?

What is it supposed to mean?

[–] Dabundis 6 points 7 months ago (2 children)

"AHJ" is an acronym for "authority having jurisdiction", commonly used to talk about "The person who decides what's legal or not in this situation"

Sovcit here is calling it an ALJ (presumably "authority lacking jurisdiction") as a smug attempt to say "um actually your silly laws don't apply to me"

I thought he meant Administrative Law Judge, and I was wondering where an ALJ would handle a traffic issue lol. I thought maybe if it was serious enough some jurisdictions would use ALJs for some traffic related regulatory infractions?
