What is it supposed to mean?
"AHJ" is an acronym for "authority having jurisdiction", commonly used to talk about "The person who decides what's legal or not in this situation"
Sovcit here is calling it an ALJ (presumably "authority lacking jurisdiction") as a smug attempt to say "um actually your silly laws don't apply to me"
ALJ is also Administrative Law Judge
I thought he meant Administrative Law Judge, and I was wondering where an ALJ would handle a traffic issue lol. I thought maybe if it was serious enough some jurisdictions would use ALJs for some traffic related regulatory infractions?
