They are hoping to settle and Disney will pay to not get bad press.

He has a handler to guide him around because he's in a huge fucking suit and can't see anything. This is a money grab from someone looking to get rich off an out of court settlement, and she's going to burn anyone she can to get that scrilla.
The handler is also sued. I'm sure this local court will be able to do justice.
