Her lawyers probably advised her to sue everyone that's possibly involved, even when the case would just get thrown out. Greedy lawyers.
They are hoping to settle and Disney will pay to not get bad press.
Then, she claims, he fell on top of her with all of his weight, driving her into the “hard cement floor.”
All have responsibility.
He has a handler to guide him around because he's in a huge fucking suit and can't see anything. This is a money grab from someone looking to get rich off an out of court settlement, and she's going to burn anyone she can to get that scrilla.
The handler is also sued. I'm sure this local court will be able to do justice.
