The bare minimum of basic empathy and justice is a headline for the Texas penal system. Sounds about right.

The crazier part to me is that GA just went ahead and did it
In 2002 the late Robbin Williams did a stand up special on HBO. This is a quote from said special:
Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court banned the execution of retarded people. People in Texas are going, "Shit, where's the fun in that?" Man, they were zapping retarded people every other week. It would be like, "OK, go sit on Santa's lap, Timmy." BZZT.
That was 22 years ago, and Texas is just catching up now? That smells an awful lot like eugenics TBH.
BTW the entire show is on youtube https://youtube.com/watch?v=HYSd6sjlufM (but use the link that I'm sure will be in a comment shortly)
It's hard to tell with Texas since the stench of eugenics just hangs in the air all the time.
This feels like a first for us
A win! I'm getting drunk to celebrate!
All those years of studying fartography finally paid off!
I have no clue what this joke means, but I can't stop laughing at it. I gotta work this brag into a conversation with my mom.
Yeah, I heard Ken Paxton finally cut a deal.
Seriously though, I hope nobody tells the governor
Whew. The seventh seal remain intact. Demi Moore is saved.
Any place killing off their own people is a shit hole. You might fight me, but probably wont change my mind.
Don't worry, the prolifers* only want post-partem abortion legal!
Autocorrect strikes again.
