No, the more fallen, the lest west. Except sometimes there are pockets of fallen when theres actually a slight increase in The West.

Interestingly, it seems like with more collapse comes more society.

When it comes to aid to Ukaraine, we were a whole hell of a lot of it. They absolutely feel the loss of support.
