I need a button on Connect for Lemmy that let's me just upload reply images/gifs direct from my gallery.

There is a reason for this.

Heat rises, the air it pulls in is ground level.

As air gets pulled it creates higher pressure.

You prevent air from moving.

The air in-between you and the fire is lower pressure.

The smoke gets pushed to the lower air pressure.
