I just saw another asklemmy post about what fantasy or folklore creature you'd marry you better get over there and tell everyone those creatures don't exist.

Fantasy and folklore are not religion. Big difference in the questions and their intent.
Stooping to insults and derogatory insinuation against a group of people is telling. Mocking someone's belief in a mythical religion is fair game as it is a choice. Mocking people for what is out of their control is just cruel.
Hard disagree, a lot of times they're the same.
I asked a pretty simple question based on your reaction to a hypothetical. That you assume it's a negative and an insult speaks to your prejudices, not mine.
