Just to clarify: to me at least, a "useless text post" just says rule and nothing else.
What the other user found were text posts with actual statements on r/196
Oh okay now I understand, thank you. Yeah that’s what I meant when I said “useless” because that’s the kind of post OP mentioned. If text posts with actual statements were allowed that should continue as well probably.
