This problem has been hashed over at length with Hitler. The bottleneck is ot the charismatic Mussolini-wannabe despots or the sons of dysfunctional rich families, but the circumstances in which they're born.
Germany's wasteland economy was such to manifest reactionary political parties and violent inter-party conflict (as is the wealth disparity of the US today!) We can be sure most boys stuck in Trump's childhood would become trumpified.
