I mostly agree with your points, but improvements are always good, no? You sound weirdly aggressive about this. I'm also European btw.
Not trying to be aggressive but I live in America where public services like that are rare and inefficient so it's annoying to see someone complain who is from the most developed place in the world. Nothing personal. and true that you should always be progressive
