I've found when I stick to my calories in one day, the next day I find much harder to stay on track. Any tips for dealing with next day hunger?

I find it easier to skip a meal sometimes than to have a really light meal, so if I eat 2x per day its more filling than 3x a day by the same amount of calories.

I just learned from my dietician that hunger is regulated over 72 hours. So if you eat less on day 1 you I'll be more hungry day 2 and 3. I haven't found a solution yet but I will share when I do!
