Yeah I'm from Chicago and have Irish relatives, including an authentic McCraken (look it up). You ask for a Black & Tan over in the old country.

I looked up authentic McCracken and nothing comes up apart from a couple linkedin profiles and baseball player Quinton McCracken. What did you mean by that?

A quick search shows McKracken is a Scottish surname (wigtown, SW Scotland) that moved to Ireland in 1600s and is the surname of 1 in 223000. So.. I'm not really sure what they are on about.
