Biden in the presidential election. By "this guy" I meant the fascist weirdo with the fetish for the inside of people's mouths who drew this.
Ah, that makes more sense. I'm unaware of the artist. I saw a bunch of people in the comments talking about how they would definitely vote for this Biden and thought you might be referring to them. Sounds like we agree and I made some unwarranted assumptions. My apologies!
