Why does signing up for beehaw not work? (Solved) (self.asklemmy)

I just get the wheel to nowhere every time I try. Is anyone able to DM me a contact or something I can use to get through?

Edit: I figured it out. They have a DNS redirect in the login submission that I had to approve in my firewall to submit. This isn't present in .world's submission.
