Holy shit, I forgot about this scene. Which disc was this? Could we potentially see this in part 3 of the remake?

Because they changed some plot stuff in the remake. I'm sure you would recognize it if you see it again.
I just played through the scene in the remake the other day. So I know the snake on a stick is there.
Not to spoiler but those changes are for a reason
OH! I had to look it up, now I remember. I think because they presented it so wildly differently I completely forgot it was the same snake from the original
