Reject modernity, go back to 4:3.
My current setup is literally 3 4:3 in a row, i found them in a company liquidation auction, they may be vga at 60hz, but in all honesty i still play all of my games at 30fps, so it's not a big issue.
What I'm saying is, look around on stuff like local flea markets and stuff like facebook marketplace, you may find some pretty good stuff.
I have a big 1920x1200 decommisioned graphics LCD display that is still quite good
