She's a satirical character who makes fun of news media, pop culture, and political viewpoints. You shouldn't take anything she says entirely seriously. Did you think drag was insulting the actor's intelligence? You do know Philomena Cunk is a fictional character, right? She's written to be dumb, it's part of the joke. The writing on her shows is very good, she's a very believable sort of fool.
