It was a heart attack. I think he got denied the medicine he needed. It happenes more often than it should
It's likely just the power of suggestion combined with confirmation bias : you see a dude with a jacket and a hood on surveillance camera footage, given the context you assume it's the same guy. But looking at it more closely, they differ in many ways. That theory doesn't have a leg to stand on
