Ime irl, I'd agree with this. Victims usually empathise with me (also victim) and I do with them.
I absolutely have. I mean there's one in this thread first off, but since you said "no onlinesies" as if the people typing on those keyboards aren't real, many feminists I've met IRL actively disdain men and call those that speak about their issues "MRA activists" as a synonym for incel, many say things like "all men" or "not all men but always a man" which lumps me in with the abusers and pretends my rapists are victims. Hell in my area, women can't be charged with rape because it requires penetration to fit the legal definition, that certainly isn't "taking male survivors seriously," and is the left talking about that at all? No, I am the only one speaking out about it, most people around here don't even know that, go figure.
Of course yes men don't take us seriously either, but from my experience only victims care about other victims and there certainly are avowed feminists that not only don't take me seriously but actively dislike me for speaking about my abuse.
