Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.
Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Yes. They're making up all the bullshit pretext for another attempt at overthrowing a fair election. They've been doing it for weeks.
So strange to define a span of years as weeks.
A lot of weeks then.
Exactly. So the real question is, why is New Republic trying to help Trump by downplaying it as "mere" propaganda?
I am sick and tired of the entire news media -- even the nominally (according to the bot) "left" ones -- carrying water for the fascists!
The bot called the internet archive left-center
LOL, that bot's sources are ridiculous. Maybe someone that reads David Brooks and thinks he's some "centrist" and that being a "centrist" (on matters of things like freedom vs. fascism) is some kind of gold standard we all should aspire to might have such a spectrum in their head - in other words, it reads like a totally inside the beltway kind of rating. Very American-centric, and not only just that, but very, very beltway-centric.
I've seen more than a few rush to their defense, here on Lemmy and on other platforms, though.
What pisses me off most about this is that Hillary had a massive lead and polls had her at 95% chance to win, yet even the claim of Russian propaganda was balked at let alone an actual stolen election.
But now they'll use fucked up polls as proof of election interference/fraud....
I hate this timeline so fucking much...
This makes me feel much better about https://lemmy.world/post/21153248 - undoubtably what must be happening is that even despite his best efforts, Nate Silver's polling data is being contaminated by this made up stuff, and so the new trend he's reporting isn't actually real.
...Right?
Yes. That is what all the open pollsters are seeing and saying. It's not a secret or anything.
Coolio, thanks for confirming!
