The conspiracy argument there is a blood pack.
My personal favourite argument is that it was fighting between Mossad-FSB and Ukrainian-Chinese intelligence. Others wanted for him to get hit and others for it to miss and they're ffighting over it and as a result the bullet grazes Trump. Much more exciting than your argument
