If you're my family, sleep through it while I frantically close windows because I didn't know what else to do. Most Hawaii homes have no basements usually, so its kind of just fucked

I would consider reducing squat rep count, but it also depends on your goals. I recommend against doing a "if its available" mentality, as it made me often skip. But the other person had a good point, probably shouldn't press and squat

Lived in Hawaii most of my life: the big name coffees from here are terrible and only have that insane price because it's from Hawaii. Though there are some small local roasters here
