Come on'n get your jamaharon on! There are no real rules—just don't break the weather control network.
Flying on instruments
Lol How the hell I don't remember this scene from Airplane I tought I remember all of them.
So good. Still makes me audibly laugh.
lal
visibly controlling laughter
“Nailed it, sir.”
They left it open, but I'm certain Captain Seven 's warp phrase is "Comply".
Im voting for "Borg it!"
If I had to actually write it for the show, I'd probably make hers "Get it done". It's Janeway esque with a hint of Picard.
Thats been sullied by captain jelico though.
Also a good one. I can hear it.
Doesn't have the lyrical quality to it, but it works if you squint.
You forgot the best one
Captain Freeman: Warp me!
Give me warp in the factor of 5, 6, 7, 8

"You may fire when ready"
I’m cross-pollinating for sure, but Thrawn’s has quite the impact
Note: if you are watching but haven’t finished the Ahsoka series, that clip contains spoilers.
I'm still so happy that they got Lars Mikkelsen. He was perfect in Rebels and continues to he perfect in Ahsoka.
Agreed - outstanding casting decision. There are a lot of things that frustrate me about the show, but for the most part I’ve found the “bad guys” FAR more interesting and compelling than anything about the “good guys” (and that includes the acting). Thrawn (and his troopers) and Baylan are GREAT.
Also, shoutout to Hayden Christensen for bringing some excellent subtlety to Anakin’s character at this point in the story - if you’re a nerd for this shit, there’s some really cool lightsaber style nuances and subtle callbacks/echoes to plot points and character traits that were mostly established outside of the prequel trilogy itself.
Bop it!
There's been a couple seasons where it felt like the defiant was the only ship in the Starfleet fleet.
Worf commanded the Defiant. Sisko commanded a space station, which just makes "shut that thing off and fire torpedoes" all the more apropos.
Word’s phrase would be “Ramming speed!”
Cloak it!
Data: "Technologic"
I decided a while ago that if I was a captain, my warp phrase would be Captain Tenneal's "Let's Go!" from MXC.
Just posting this comment to call "dibs!"
Good choice lol
Right you are, Ken.
LEEERRROOYYY JENNKINNNNNS!
I don't know how popular of an opinion it is
but I really liked Burnham's "Let's Fly" and Janeways's do it.
but the meme shows me I need to rewatch most of DS9
I love new Star Trek but the, “What’s your go to warp slogan?” banter feels a little like an indulgent writer’s room exercise. Each Captain had their own thing, but they never called too much attention to it on the classic shows. It was like their unique caffeine orders. Discovery’s banter with Saru felt authentic to that crew’s rapport, but the fact that it went on to become a Starfleet meme on Lower Decks and the cliffhanger ending of Picard is such an odd modern invention.
…but I’ll be darned if I don’t laugh every time.
You forgot one.
Captioned her for you as well

Lol nice. Hmm, yeah, between Saru's correction and the panels for Spock and Seven that need to be added, this meme could use an update.
meme it so
"Should we put Captain Lorca's warp phrase on the image?"
"Nah, fuck that mirror universe asshole. Just add another Pike and call it a day."
Movie Pike looks like TOS box-pike compared to SNW Pike. Unrelated, I just thought it was funny 🤣
I just want to see a Starfleet captain with a real zeal for ancient seacraft. I can see that spilling over onto the bridge with practical air of fun self-indulgence. Let's bring back some of those SeaQuest vibes.
- Ensign, make best speed for port.
- Helm, all stop.
- Full reverse! Helm, evasive maneuvers. Bring us 20 degrees below the galactic plane. Weapons, launch countermeasures.
- Engineering, I need silent running, now.
Sisko did build that Bajoran solar sailing ship, which was a nod to seagoing vessels.
