Mississippi Burning, although largely viewed as patriarchal now because it leaves out lots of the black Americans that repeatedly pushed and pushed and pushed and were beaten, burned, lynched, and cancelled for equal civil rights, was about the FBI busting dirty southern cops and judges.
They weren't arrested for the texts being racist or anti gay. They were arrested for admitting to beating up black and gay people then destroying evidence in the texts. Shit headline but it's the right thing to do.

Yep. Make "police officer" a distinctly unappealing career path for idiotic bigots. They should be nowhere near any kind of power over other people.
Just add 4 years of training like the highly skilled profession it's supposed to be, and the lowlifes will be washed away.

This was in my hometown and I'm not surprised they got exposed for this, APD has always been shit.
