Just a like a salad gets much better if you switch it with a steak before you eat Stroll gets better when he's replaced.
At this point Stroll should just realize that heโs holding the team back and retire and spend his dad money somewhere else.
Esteban didn't have so much of an issue. He's holding the team back so much unfortunately. If they don't make advances then the lack of points in the first part of the season from Stroll will really affect their constructors place.
