I assume this is fine for the rules since punching Nazis is kinda the whole gist of 196. Also there's no real rules to follow πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Wait til the evangelicals read up on the Lunar Eclipse on Trump’s birthday where (like Revalations notes the Antichrist will be signaled by) the β€œmoon will turn to blood.”

Selective insanity.

fun fact: June 14th also happens to be my birthday so I might be the antichrist too πŸ˜”

It also states we will only be able to buy and sell if we have a specific number. Is that a crypto wallet?

[–] [email protected] 20 points 20 hours ago (2 children)

why would christians even like a persident who took a huge fat piss all over their religion and disrespected all of them during the inagaration?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 9 hours ago (1 children)

Christians have been accepting oppressors taking a piss on the teachings of JC since Constantine The (supposedly) "Great" did it all the way back in ancient times.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

I was surprised to learn that Constantine is seen by many thought leaders in the protestant christian communities as a corruptor. Opinions of Constantine makes a fascinating litmus to start separating those who see religion as a source of power from those who see it as a calling to better the world. Not that most lay christians have a clue who he is, or his role in standardizing christianity to the Roman system of government, let alone the structural implications of the move

[–] [email protected] 2 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

A theologian I spoke to pointed out that even Martin Luther didn't revert the changes Constantine wrought, like the holy day being on the sabbath instead of Sunday to commemorate Easter every week. I guess roughly 1200 years of habits are hard to break, when Constantine only had a few hundred years to contend with, and there were so many sects of a very different Christianity even then (Nestorians, Syriacs, Copts etc).

That gnostic shits really cool too and the beliefs were so fucking varied. Even had the "our God is evil for making a physical world in universe made for spirituality" types.

Demiurge intensifies

[–] Carighan 9 points 15 hours ago

Because they're actually fascists masquerading as christians because they can use that as an excuse. Any actual christian believer would probably be compelled by their religion to put them to the sword or crucify them for all their sins.

The beast also survives a head wound and gets more followers.

[–] inb4_FoundTheVegan 119 points 1 day ago (2 children)

One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast.

Revelation 13:3

There's another that talks about a beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. There are 7 Trump towers and, from what I'm told, 10 antennae altogether on the buildings.

https://www.benjaminlcorey.com/could-american-evangelicals-spot-the-antichrist-heres-the-biblical-predictions/

Check out this website. They combed through and found a lot of passages about the antichrist. This is where I got the info for the above comment.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 7 hours ago

Given the less than subtle use of nazi imagery in the last campaign i wouldn’t be shocked to learn that the parallels were less than accidental on Trump’s part

[–] DogWater 2 points 9 hours ago

WTF that's a long list my guy

[–] TwoBeeSan 31 points 1 day ago

Oops it's antichrist again

[–] [email protected] 81 points 1 day ago

Y'all joke but my conservative christian parents straight up said this exact same thing a couple years ago. They did not like him either.

His president photo kinda says it all

The fact that this meme makes sense is so surreal, imagine showing someone from 2012 this meme and telling them this is what we're posting in the future and it's unironic.

Idk I'm high as balls l

The Antichrist will not act alone in his destruction. Revelation tells us of three figures that will act together. The unholy trinity in the Bible consists of three key figures: Satan (the opposite of God), the Antichrist (the opposite of Jesus the Son of God), and the false prophet (the opposite of the Holy Spirit)

K, who's who? We got a lot of Oligarchs to choose from.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 17 hours ago

Trump, Putin, Netanyahu fit the bill pretty good, I'd say.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 20 hours ago* (last edited 20 hours ago)

Musk is the false Prophet. He promised a Solar-Punk future by combining capitalism with eco friendly technologies. A way out, bridging the generational gap. A true visionary.

Well, all fake, all lies, that guy is a Nazi.

GOD is untouchable, unknown and all mighty. The Satan pendant here would be Putin.

Regarding their control over most nuclear weapons... that's a bingo for Apocalypse. (They could extort countries by threatening nuclear strikes. And no one could do anything about it. Fascists in both countries would support it).

Edit: Made it even darker.

I love that this post ends abruptly

My Bible thumping mother put her blinders on and voted the antichrist into office. I gotta say, if the Christians were right all along, I'll be laughing in her face as we both burn in hell for eternity.

[–] Freefall 33 points 1 day ago

I just remind them, The Deceiver isn't going to chuckle and taunt with obvious signs and abhorant behaviors....he is going to turn God's most faithful into his tools for manifesting his own desires on Earth....gay dudes fucking in a pool of blood surrounded by burning crosses are just people being trolls...the Christian Nationalists are the work of the devil coming to fruition.

(Not religious myself, but they eat that shit up)

[–] [email protected] 6 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

If Christians are right no one is burning in hell

[–] MothmanDelorian 5 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

That entirely depends on interpretation. Roman Catholics believe you need to do good to get into heaven. It's only some denominations who think it is through the grace of God alone and it matters not what you do/did.

[–] thespcicifcocean 2 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

If God did come down as human and suffered death for our sins, then why would that salvation only apply to some people? It doesn't take any more to grant that salvation to everyone than it does to some subgroup of humanity. If god's real, if the story of Jesus is real, then the salvation must be applied universally, christian or not, good or bad.

[–] MothmanDelorian 6 points 17 hours ago

The logic of those denominations is not everyone chooses to follow Christ's path. Christ's death is seen as forgiving original sin not forgiving all of your sins. Roman Catholicism believes you have to be a good person and do good things for people to enter heaven. You don't get in by default as then there would be no reason not to be bad.

[–] Manifish_Destiny 17 points 1 day ago (1 children)

If heaven exists, I have a feeling it will be full of people that are surprised it exists.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 16 hours ago

angels having therapy sessions with atheists, of course being completely understanding of their plight which just makes it even worse

[–] [email protected] 28 points 1 day ago

I literally fail to see why it's so hard to get people to believe me that the end of the world is happening, when it's being this fucking obvious.

Yeah, he held the one at his photoshoot upside down....imagine how quickly the right would be using MSPaint to draw the inverted cross on the cover if a Democrat did that!!

Remember all the right-wing crazies that ran around saying Obama was the anti-Christ?

The purpose of the mark The mark is a sign of loyalty and worship to the beast. People who do not have the mark are unable to buy or sell, and may be put to death.

[–] MothmanDelorian 1 points 18 hours ago

Is that a social security number, a tax ID (business only assigned number by the IRS), or a cryptowallet holding Trump coins?
