Can we knock this low effort "rule" shit off? Is it that hard to title a meme?

It's a cross-post from 196, and the "rule" thing comes from that community. I agree it's fucking asinine.
I've blocked all the 196 communities, old and new. "We don't have enough content so let's make a rule that will encourage flooding the place with low-effort, garbage posts with annoying, repetitive titles!"

It's a myth that the working class or poor reactionary supports Republicans because they view themselves as "temporarily embarrassed millionaires". What they value is the hierarchy itself; they view their own status as just. A poor conservative views accepting ones station as a virtue, and demanding civil rights as a vice. There has never been a shortage of minority conservatives willing to excuse and justify their own oppression with this ethic.
In the conservative mind, the system of ranks and stations is a perfect dictate from heaven. It can only be corrupted by people who have high stations that don't 'deserve' them. They believe systems cannot be improved, only restored.
If I owned the boot, I'd want to be able to do this.
I can daydream about owning the boot.
The boot on the people I don't like has cleats!
If only Boot Man knew this boot was on the wrong person!
